How it works

Five steps, and the money only moves when the account does

  1. Step 1

    Seller lists and proves control

The seller connects the account and passes proof-of-control review before the listing goes live.

  2. Step 2

Buyer makes an offer, both parties verify identity

The buyer submits an offer. Both parties complete KYC before any money moves.

  3. Step 3

    Both sign the transfer contract

The transfer agreement is presented to both parties and must be signed before funding.

  4. Step 4

    Buyer funds Escrow.com

Payment is sent to Escrow.com. Social Broker never takes custody of funds.

  5. Step 5

Account transfers, then Escrow.com releases funds

After the buyer confirms receipt, Escrow.com releases payment to the seller.

Escrow and safety

Escrow.com holds the money until the transfer is confirmed

Social Broker is the brokerage layer: listings, verification, and contracts. Escrow.com is the only party that holds funds. We never touch your payment.

  • Funds held by Escrow.com

Every deal settles through Escrow.com, the licensed escrow agent. Social Broker never takes custody of your money.

  • Identity verified before funding

Both buyer and seller complete KYC through Escrow.com before any payment is funded.

  • Signed transfer contract

Both parties sign a binding transfer agreement before the buyer sends funds to Escrow.com.

What if it goes wrong?

If the account transfer fails or a dispute opens, funds stay with Escrow.com until the issue is resolved under their process. Social Broker facilitates the record and communication but does not disburse money.
