What we do

Social Broker built that pipeline. Sellers list with verification badges. Buyers make offers through a structured deal room. Both parties sign a transfer contract. Payment goes to Escrow.com, not to us.
We never custody funds
Social Broker is a marketplace and brokerage facilitator. Escrow.com is the licensed escrow provider for every transaction. We do not hold, route, or disburse deal payments. That separation keeps buyers and sellers protected under Escrow.com's regulated process.
